Commissioner Joe Graham announced his candidacy for re-election to represent District 11 on the Hamilton County Commission, citing continued progress across the district and his ongoing commitment to being a strong voice for residents of Alton Park, East Lake, Eastside, Lookout Mountain, Lookout Valley, Missionary Ridge, and St. Elmo.
